As a yogi I completely understand the value of cleansing your body on the physical level so I have decided to try and I loved it! My goal is to keep youth and elasticity for many more years to come!  I am excited to share it with you! As a yogi I understand that self-love starts with taking care of your own body and avoiding wrong foods, avoiding toxins and alcohol and welcoming more health on all the levels I possibly CAN! What you need to buy

If you are going to do it for 3 days

(It is a good start and if you like it and it makes you feel better you can do it up to 10 or even 40 days in a row).

  1. 9 – 10 fresh lemons ( better organic)
  2. Organic Maple Syrup Grade B (Harmon’s sell them and Trader Joe’s)
  3. Cayenne Pepper pills ( Cool , 40 000 heat unit)
  4. Purified or spring water
  5. Laxative tea

Purpose

To dissolve and eliminate toxins and congestions that have formed in any part of the body.

To cleanse the kidneys and the digestive system.

To purify the cells throughout the entire body .

To eliminate all unusable waste and hardened material in the joints and muscles.

To build a healthy blood stream.

To keep youth and elasticity regardless of our years. 

When to use it

When sickness has developed – for all chronic and acute conditions.

When the digestive system needs a rest and a cleansing.

When overweight has become a problem.

When better assimilation and building of body tissue is needed.

How to make it

2 tbsp lemon for 10 Oz cup or lime juice ( appr. ½ lemon)

2 tbsp genuine organic maple syrup Grade B

1 pill cool cayenne pepper or cayenne pepper powder (a pinch)

Water, cold, warm or hot ( spring or purified)

Mix juice, syrop, water together with a pinch of cayenne or take a pill 🙂

You may make a pitcher for the whole day and drink 6 or more cups a day!! 

Three to four times a year will do wonders for keeping the body in a normal healthy conditions.

Lemons and limes are the richest source of minerals and vitamins of any food known to a man!!!

A lemonade diet is a superior in every way to any other system because it dissolves and eliminates all type of fatty tissue. Fat melts away at the rate of 2 pounds a day for most persons – and without any harmful side effects.

All mucus diseases such as cold, flu, asthma, hay fever, sinus and bronchial troubles are rapidly dissolved and eliminated from the body.

It helps with allergies too because allergies exist as a result of an accumulation of the toxins and they vanish as we cleanse the body.

All skin disorders also disappear as the rest of the body is cleansed. Boils, abscesses and pimples all come under this category. These conditions are, again, Nature’s effort to eliminate poisons quickly from the body.

NO OTHER FOOD SHOULD BE TAKEN DURING THE FULL PERIOD OF THE DIET

The following diet is given solely as a suggestion; anyone who follows it does it so voluntarily. Since, each person, naturally, reacts differently, each individual must use his own judgment as to use it. 

How to exit the Lemonade Diet

Coming off the lemonade diet properly is highly important – please follow the directions carefully.

First and second day after diet:

Several 8 oz. glasses of fresh orange juice desired during that day.

The orange juice prepares the digestive system to properly digest and assimilate regular food. Drink it slowly. Add water if needed.

On the second day you may have vegetable soup prepared from scratch or raw fruit and vegetable.

The third day:

Fresh orange juice (using real oranges) , later during the day soup. In the evening vegetables and fruits. NO meat, fish, milk, bread, pastries, tea or coffee!!!!!!

The forth day:

Normal eating may be resumed carefully and mindfully.

PS: I am personally only on the day 2 and I take 4 pills of cayenne pepper during the day and I drink lots of water in between drinking the lemonade. So be careful and listen to your body. And I also drink laxative tea in the morning and in the evening.

I would strongly recommend to buy a book written by Stanley Burroughs   if you are going to do this diet more the 3 days trial!!!!!!
